ABS Sensors is a manufacturer of pressure sensors and switches for the Aerospace industry. They have been in existence for 50 years in Connecticut. In 2015, the company started to receive complaints from a major aircraft manufacturer ACME Jet regarding altitude switch AS321. Main complaint is that the switch does not actuate as specified. Through cooperation between ABS Sensors, ACME Jet and XYZ China ACME Jet's sub-tier supplier in China this study is to determine root cause of failures. Determine if the problem is in the build process at ABS Sensors or in the measurement system equipment in all facilities testing.
