Bill Gnatzig, Steve Bach, and Lynn Harrison opted to work with the SRC to implement their Agriculture Development and Diversification project on improving the supply of quality hogs to Wisconsin's meat processors. In the first part of this study, the SRC surveyed members of the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors (WAMP) and other, non-WAMP meat processors, about key hog supply issues they face. In a second part of the study, the SRC conducted two phone conferences with six processors from around the state.
