A comparison between standardized strength training and underwater strength training to determine the effects of strength, power and injury rate on children ages 14-18
Abstract
Ten high school students participated in an 8 week strength training program. The
subjects were randomly assigned to one of two groups: a standardized strength training
group (WT) or an underwater strength training group (UT).
