Abstract:
Artificial collection of panoramic photographs of military units taken during World War II. Most of the units and places the photographs were taken are identified on the photograph. Of interest is a photograph of Selective Service Training Camp number 2 in Camp Livingston, Louisiana, which includes Gerald Endl, a Medal of Honor recipient (Box 2, Folder 3). Images are largely photographs of units at camps, training, as well as a few photographs of companies and regiments overseas. Several images feature identified people, and these have been denoted with an asterisk in the container list.
