Abstract:

Volume 1 and 2 are Minute Books to Case Proceedings, 1878-1909, which contain in docket format the proceedings of a case indicating the date and action taken, documents filed, and in some instances cross references to information in volumes contained in County Court “Minute Books” (Taylor Series 6), “Miscellaneous County Court Records” (Taylor Series 7), and “Probate Records” (Taylor Series 8). Volumes 3-6 contain in docket format a chronological record of proceedings, actions, and filing of documents by case as well as citations to volumes in the above-mentioned three series pertaining to the case.
