Abstract:

Docketing books containing a listing of all cases heard by the WERC and its predecessor, the WERB, arranged by case number, date of submission, name of complaint, and type of case. Cases include union elections, referenda, employer/employee complaints, arbitration and mediation, fact finding cases, prohibited activities, and declaratory rulings of the Commission. Case listings also include a statement of issues involved, rulings of the Commission, and election statistics.
