Abstract:
Administrative files for the biennial Governor's Conference on Children and Youth, including records generated in the Community Services section office, and records of Executive and Planning Committees appointed for each conference. The file includes correspondence and memoranda relating to invitations to speakers; Planning Committee memoranda, reports, and statistical tables; publicity releases and clippings; conference proceedings; texts and recordings of some speeches and panel discussions; final reports; financial records; and other materials relating to organization, administration, and later evaluation of each conference.
