Reports of creameries, receiving stations, condenseries, butter and cheese factories, and other dairy manufacturing establishments, showing amount and value of annual and monthly production. These reports were made biennially to the Department from 1921 to 1929, annually in 1930 and from 1931 to 1958, and semiannually in 1931.
