Abstract:
Copies of the inventory and appraisal of the real and personal property in an individual's estate submitted to the court in the probate case. The record includes itemized descriptions with the appraised value of all real and personal property, date the inventory was taken, record of accounts or notes due the estate, dated statements signed by the appraiser and administrator verifying the accuracy of the inventory, and the judge's signature. Real property is identified by legal description. Personal property lists note all personal possessions, such as household goods, clothing, and livestock.
