Part of a letter home from Thomas Wilson, Company C, 12th Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, while serving in Missouri in the Civil War, written on the back of a printed roster of the regiment; and tintype portraits of the Dodgeville Guards, 12th Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, Company C, made in Memphis, Tennessee, circa 1862-1865.
