Abstract:

Records of a district federation of the Wisconsin Federation of Women's Clubs, dedicated to the promotion of civic awareness and responsibility, cultural enrichment of individual members, and social activities. The Second District is composed of clubs and county federations in Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Jefferson, and Waukesha counties. The collection includes histories and annual reports of the local clubs and county federations, press scrapbooks, and yearbooks. Most of the records date from 1944 to 1948 and from 1956 to 1960.
