Abstract:
Papers relating to the 1960 Wisconsin Democratic primary campaign of Hubert H. Humphrey; including correspondence, memoranda, publicity, press releases, clippings, campaign literature, speeches by Humphrey, schedules, photographs, and lists of supporters. Correspondents include John F. Kennedy, Hubert H. Humphrey, Eugene McCarthy, Gaylord Nelson, and state senator Lynn Stalbaum. One piece of campaign literature concerns a Milwaukee appearance by Jackie Robinson.
