Abstract:

Documents filed in the probate of estates, as copied from the originals found in the probate case files. Includes petitions, orders, letters of administration, will, and inventories of estates. Only volumes 3, 4, 6, 11, 12, 15, and 20 which contain copies of wills are included. An index is at the beginning of each volume. This microfilm was produced by the Genealogical Society of Utah which holds the master negative. The volume is a probate court docket, 1863-1890. Contains a chronological record of proceedings, filing of documents, and orders for probate cases, although no case numbers are listed. An incomplete name index is located in the beginning of the volume.
