Abstract:

Summary record of proceedings in civil and family cases. Gives case number, lists each document filed, action taken, pleading entered, hearing held, and order and judgment issued. Lists volume and page for relevant entries in the Judgment Book and Judgment Docket. Includes County Court cases as well as Circuit Court cases since 1940 but does not include small claims cases. Volumes 9-21 act as an index to cases #7376-16096 of Civil Case Files (Lincoln Series 59). Use the year of the proceeding to determine the appropriate volume and search that year's entries to find the case number which then can be used to access the case file in Lincoln Series 59.
