Abstract:

A brief narrative summary of proceedings in open court during a given day. Entries for each case include names of parties; and motions and order made during the trial; names of witnesses and jurors drawn; officer sword to take them in change; and jury verdicts. These volumes also include the case number and sometimes the cause of action. Volume 2 was never in archival custody.
