Copies of last wills and testaments for individuals, filed in the Brown County Court. Includes names of deceased, stipulations of the will, date of the original will, and dated certificate of probate (proof of will). Volumes 1 through 5 are original wills. Volumes for 1850-1899 contain alphabetical indexes to surnames.
