Abstract:
Annual personnel reports, 1957-1964, of state and county mental institutions. Records primarily consist of personnel reporting forms for statistical documentation of personnel at mental health facilities throughout Wisconsin. Also included are patient admissions statistics documenting the movement of patient populations and miscellaneous correspondence with the Bureau of Research and Statistics and other national institutions.
