Abstract:
Vocational rehabilitation client case files, 1964-1979. Case files include physical, psychological, personality aptitude, examination, progress, employment, school and training reports; records of rehabilitation costs; medical case histories; and related correspondence. The State Archives has a 5% sample from the District Offices in Eau Claire, Milwaukee, Janesville, Superior, and Wausau. There is also one accession specifically related to rehabilitation for the blind.
