Abstract:
Records, 1930-1968, of the Wisconsin Youth Committee (Wisconsin Committee on Children and Youth), including correspondence, meeting minutes, subject files and press releases, pamphlets, reports, and newspaper clippings. Also included are audio recordings, including public service announcements for District III's Wisconsin Youth Committee Conference. Materials include general information about the Committee, but are strongest in their coverage of Congressional District III, representing Southwestern Wisconsin. Also included are records pertaining to the Committee's participation in district-wide conferences and in the national White House Conference on Children and Youth.
