The tin roofing for the first school in the village of Phate (PC 4793) in Houa Khong Province was brought in by H-34 helicopter. Here, Bill Sage, USAID Community Development Advisor, is holding a ground to air radio to direct the helicopter pilot in for a landing to drop off the tin roofing, nails and plywood for the school construction provided by USAID.
