For Thanksgiving in Wisconsin's centennial year, the Homemaker's Program turns its thoughts to 1838 to discover what Thanksgiving was a hundred years ago in this state. Mrs. Herbert Kohler, Chairman of the Committee on Wisconsin Women and director of the Women's Building at the Wisconsin Centennial Exposition the previous summer guides a tour of the Women's Building where life was depicted in twelve historic rooms.
