Houei Kong students work in the IVS demonstration garden in Attapu Province
Date
1964-1966
Summary
Four boys, who're also students in the Laven village of Houei Kong (L-56, XB 6573) in Attapu Province, stand at the barbed-wire fence surrounding the IVS demonstration gardens in the village. Behind them are rows of bean plants, which students came to water after classes. A water system (as seen here), using bamboo pipes, carried water to empty diesel drums for storage for watering the plants.
