OTHER INFORMATION: Ways - 1371; After being rebuilt at Madison, Indiana, c. 1897, the Crescent City ran the Evansville-Green River trade. Lee Howell, president of Evansville and Bowling Green Packet Company effected a consolidation with the Louisville and Nashville Rail Road c. 1903 and kept her in the trade. She was rebuilt again in 1906 at Madison, Indiana and resumed her original name Evansville. She was then documented as a new boat
