An Akha man works in his field near the Akha village of Sobloi, (LS-359, PC 8952) in Houa Khong Province. Akha men sometimes wear a beret, a head wrap as shown in this photograph, or no head covering at all, depending upon the time of year. When the temperatures are very warm, no covering is worn.
