Photograph of early tin shop, Worel & Zeman, at 809 Buffalo Street. Sign above the entrance reads, "Tin shop, plumbing & steamfitting." Sign to the left of the building reads, "Worel & Zeman, Hardware, stoves, and tinware, sash and doors." Note the wooden sidewalks where the wares were displayed, including push mowers. This picture was taken by Hermann C. Benke in 1897. Albert J. Worel and Frank S. Zeman ran the business on Buffalo Street, later adding another partner, Stangel, by the time the business moved to 203 North Eighth Street by 1909.
