The fragment depicts three standing figures. The Buddha at the center has a halo with a simple incised line near the rim. He holds his right hand in abhaya mudrā. While his face is broken, the remains of the us̥n̥īs̥a can be seen atop his head and as well as elongated ear lobes at the sides. On the right side of the panel, a turbaned figure with jewels around his neck and arm holds his hands in añjali mudrā. His head is backed by a halo as is the Buddha. On the opposite side, a figure dressed in simple robes assumes the same pose of devotion. The upper portion of the stone on this side is missing, including the head of the figure. The combination of a haloed turbaned bejeweled figure on one side and a simply dressed figure on the other suggests that the devotees may represent Brahmā and Śakra/Indra. A two inch tenon is at the bottom behind the carved face.
