A young White Hmong girl carries her little brother on her back in the White Hmong village of Nam Phet (PC 5752) in Houa Khong Province. Of note is her head wrap which is highly decorated with many small red pompoms. She is also wearing an elaborate silver necklace. Her brother has a rather distinctive bowl shaped haircut which is sometimes seen on children in Hmong villages.
