Two Blue Hmong (Hmong Njua) women inspect a newly embroidered, pleated skirt. The skirt is worn by women in the village of Houei Nok Keng, in the vicinity of the town of Dan Thine (PC 5830), in Houa Khong Province. Both women are wearing silver neck rings and have the traditional Blue Hmong hairstyle with a large coil of hair on the top of the head. The villagers of Houei Nok Keng are refugees from Muang Sai in Luang Prabang Province.
