Haute Cuisine is a course offered through the Habitational Resources Department involving the study and preparation of classical food items and service culminating with the service of a formal banquet. The course was first offered in 1969. It was not offered in 1970, but then continued to be held until 1984. University News Services did not begin marketing the dinner extensively until 1972.
