Recent advances in computer and communication technology have raised public awareness on ethical issues in information technology. China and the United States combined account for 1/3 of the world's Internet population. In the last decade China has emerged as the country with the largest number of internet users. This study
investigates the differences between I.T. ethics decision making in an emerging country and in a developed one.
