Abstract:

Records of the Western Wisconsin Schoolmasters Club, organized in 1922 as the Principals Club of Western Wisconsin to provide contact among schoolmen of the area, to promote a spirit of professionalism, and to aid in solving common educational problems. The collection includes correspondence, 1922-1957; special project reports on extracurricular activities and philosophies of education; directories, 1923-1957; and other studies on such topics as remedial reading and high-school failures.
