Abstract:
Papers, 1910-1955, of a long-time dean and head of the history department at Milton College (Milton, Wis.); consisting of notes on books and lectures, brief correspondence and extensive diaries containing detailed accounts of conversations and of Daland's political and religious convictions. Also included are diaries, 1897-1899, of his father, Rev. William C. Daland, documenting vacation trips in the western United States.
