Records of Circuit Court civil cases and proceedings. Includes names of plaintiff and defendant in civil action, suits, or proceedings brought into court either by summons, appeals, changes of tenure or otherwise, names of attorneys, brief statement of nature of action or proceedings, date papers filed and actions taken, time entered in calendar, date and manner of disposition. Also provides volume and page of Clerk's Minutes (Vernon Series 19), Judgment Record (Vernon Series 23), and Orders and Decrees (Vernon Series 17) in which the cases are also recorded.
