Abstract:
Four interviews conducted by Dexter Arnold as part of the research for a slide-tape program “Building a City, Building a Movement” on Dane County, Wisconsin, labor history. Interviewed are William Connors of Bricklayers, Masons, and Plasterers Union; Robert Schultz, an employee of Oscar Mayer active in the United Packinghouse Workers Union and the Amalgamated Meatcutters; David Kneebone, an employee of Madison Newspapers involved in the International Typographical Union; and Evelyn Gotzion, an employee and union activist at Ray-O-Vac.
