Oral history interview conducted December 11, 1981 and March 1, 1982 by Dale E. Treleven of the Historical Society staff with David Sigman at Shorewood, Wisconsin and Laguna Hills, California. Sigman was the AFL regional director, 1937-1944, and co-author of Wisconsin's first labor relations act while a three-term Progressive assemblyman in the 1930s. This interview is part of the Wisconsin Labor Oral History Project.
