Abstract:

Papers of a Durand, Wisconsin, activist in the anti-nuclear power movement. Materials include correspondence, legal materials, and newsclippings pertaining to resistance to installation of Tyrone Energy Park, a nuclear power plant, in Dunn County, Wisconsin, as well as newsletters and press releases of anti-nuclear power organizations including the Citizens for Tomorrow (founded by Clara and Lucille Bauer), the Badger Safe Energy Alliance, and Northern Thunder. Also included are scattered materials documenting the Wisconsin Farmers Union.
