Abstract:
Records, 1967-1989, of several cases brought before the Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection. Three cases concern the dairy industry; the others relate to the purchase of completed academic projects, the failure of a landlord to maintain property, and trade practices for mail order subscriptions. Case files include court documents, transcripts, hearing notes, appeals, and exhibits.
