Abstract:
Material on the creation or revision of rules of administrative rules of the Division of Health, 1940-1977. The files include preliminary work of study committees, authorizations to hold hearings, notices of hearings, transcripts of hearings, attendance lists, exhibits, and copies of rules as they are adopted by the Health and Social Services Board and published in the Wisconsin Administrative Code. Boxes 1-10 collect files pertaining to the creation and revision of administrative rules. Boxes 11-14 contain license revocation hearings for individuals deemed violating Division of Health code. Box 12 and 13 contain some material restricted per Wis. Stats. 51.30.
