Abstract:
Commission court case files created pursuant to Chapter 111, Subchapter 1, 4, and 5, Wis. Stats., and Wis. Adm. Code ERB 1 through 32, and utilized by the Commission in maintaining a legal record of court cases processed by the Commission. Court cases will be retained at records storage for five years after the final court decision and all compliance issues are resolved.
