Major topics include alternative energy, building codes, coal and oil consumption, energy allocation and conservation, energy interest groups and programs, low income energy assistance, public information and education, and comprehensive state energy plans and quarterly reports. These files were created by Stanley York of the Office of Emergency Energy Assistance, Steven Born of the State Planning Office, and staff of the Office of State Planning and Energy and its successor, the Division of State Energy.
