Abstract:
General administrative files consisting of correspondence, memoranda, reports, and minutes which document departmental management in the areas of personnel, budget, data processing, the Hill Farm State Office Building and other departmental facilities, purchasing, printing, and training. There are also extensive runs of Informational Memos, Financial Management Memos, Issue Papers, and other departmental documents. One box contains agendas and minutes, 1969-1973, of the DOT division administrators meeting as the DOT Transportation Board. In addition, there are minutes and other records of the Statewide Data Processing Management Task Force and the Warehouseable Commodities Task Force and planning information for the 1977 state employee strike. Recent materials include reports, correspondence and meeting minutes from the Division of Business Management, mainly from the years 2000-2009.
