MCH and Prevention Block Projects (formerly Title V) application, service agreements, and related materials under the Social Security Act Maternal and Child Health Program. This includes: project proposal; correspondence; trip, consultation, and telephone reports; agreements; budgets; reviews; and other related items. These programs provide money for services such as birth defects screening; health screening; poison centers; postpartum care; fluoridation of water; statewide immunization; intensive care; care for Menominee Indians, Hispanics, and migrants; and Planned Parenthood.
