Abstract:
Closed investigative files of complaints which resulted in hearings and disciplinary actions, including letters of complaint, investigative reports, correspondence, transcripts of hearings, exhibits, motions, briefs, attorney notes, findings of fact, and related materials. It is likely that these files are incomplete as there are only minor complaint files. From 1925 to 1969, responsibility for enforcing statutory provisions for “treating the sick” was divided between the Medical Examining Board and the Chiropractic Board, and files also contain correspondence on jurisdictional questions.
