Abstract:
Applications for licensure consisting of applications for individual brokers and salesmen showing name, home and business address, name under which business is conducted, educational and work experience, and references; applications for real estate corporations and partnerships showing name of firm, names and addresses of officers, directors, and trustees, and names of inactive members of firm; statements of trustworthiness; consent form and audits of trust fund accounts (in which are deposited down payments, earnest money, security deposits, or other trust funds of clients); notices of hearings to establish competency; copy of license; and related correspondence and records. (Targets for reel numbers on the film are incorrect. Correct reel numbers appear on microfilm box labels.)
