Correspondence and memoranda relating to complaints about allegedly dangerous railroad crossing. The records contain detailed descriptions of crossings; protection needed; frequency of accidents; and photographs and blueprints of accident scenes. Grand Rapids, Kenosha, Madison, Milwaukee, Oshkosh, Racine, and Waukesha are well represented.
