Abstract:

Records of closed cases brought before the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission involving complaints of unions and employers, union elections, referenda, mediation, and arbitration. Included in the records are transcripts of Commission hearings, correspondence and related papers, and court documents in those cases which were appealed to the courts.
