Correspondence of the state Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection with state and federal agencies and legislators, farm organizations, Department division heads, newspapers, radio and TV stations, farmers, and others relating to policies and practices of the Department, proposed legislation, and farmers’ problems.
