Abstract:

Official statements of the votes cast by Wisconsin's Civil War soldiers for national, state, county, and judicial offices which were submitted to the Governor by regimental canvass inspectors under provision of Chapter 11, Laws of 1862. Included for each company is a poll list and statements showing where the election was held, the date, the total number of votes cast, and the number of votes cast for each candidate.
