Abstract:

Minute books of Circuit Court proceedings, containing details of all actions occurring in open court. Clerk's minutes list case name, names of plaintiffs, defendants, witnesses, judges, and (occasionally) attorneys; and motions, trials, verdicts, sentences, and other actions in the order in which they came before the court each day. Included are final orders for naturalization, 1855-1873. “Law Record” and Volume (A) contain citizenship records.
