Papers of a Democratic legislator from Racine, including research and subject files, administrative files pertaining to committee assignment and work as assistant floor leader, correspondence, floor debate files, and publicity. On microfilm are press releases and extensive biographical clippings. Especially well documented are his work on privacy, alternative energy technology, and product liability.
